Dr. Zacharia Tiemtoré, former Minister in charge of Literacy in Burkina Faso from 2011 to 2013, earned an Executive Master from Sciences Po Paris, on June 20, 2016. The work of his dissertation in the area of Politics and Management of Development, focused on eradicating illiteracy in Burkina Faso.
Dr. Zacharia Tiemtoré, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ISSH Burkina Faso, received the Euro-African Award for Leadership, Innovation, and Progress of Peoples yesterday, September 23, 2021, in Seville, Spain.
