Zacharia Tiemtoré worked in communications and sports management before becoming a teacher-researcher and business leader. Holding a master’s degree in sociology from the University of Ouagadougou, he furthered his education with an executive master’s degree in Development Management Policies from Sciences Po Paris. Today, his main areas of expertise include governance management, conflict management, peacebuilding, and change through education.
Burkina Faso: The Higher Institute of Human Security and Maison Sport seal a partnership to boost the sports sector
The Higher Institute for Human Security (ISSH) and Maison Sport have formalized a strategic partnership aimed at structuring sports-related professions, strengthening certified training, and promoting human security through sporting activity. This union of vision and expertise, developed over more than a year ago, was sealed this Saturday, November 15, 2025, in Ouagadougou.

Burkina Faso has been in the eye of the terrorist storm for nearly seven years now, leading to instability at the highest levels of government with three heads of state in a single year (2022) following two military coups, each believing they were providing « the right answer » to the fight against the evil that is ravaging the country. But alas, we are still in this situation as of February 8, 2023, when we meet with Dr. Zacharia TIEMTORE for a comparative analysis of the national situation.
